Our practice has cared for the families of Chicopee and its neighboring communities for over 40 years. In 2019, Dr. Abbas Khan took over for Dr. Walter Gazda.
Centrally located in the heart of Western Massachusetts, our address is 109 Church Street in Chicopee, MA. We are in a stand-alone converted home across the street from the Chicopee Police Department.
